These Terms & Conditions apply when you access swapandloop.com, create an account, browse products, add items to your cart, place orders, submit reviews, or contact Swap & Loop support. By using the website, you agree to these Terms.

Swap & Loop sells aesthetic phone Swap inserts, curated collections, and compatible clear cases. Product images, colours, dimensions, compatibility, and previews are provided to help you choose, but they may vary slightly by screen, device model, production batch, and photography.

You are responsible for selecting the correct phone brand and model before checkout. Some items may be made or prepared according to your chosen design, collection, quantity, and phone model.

Our Custom Design service allows you to upload personal images or artwork to create custom Swaps. By uploading an image, you represent and warrant that you own the image or have all necessary intellectual property rights and permissions to print it, and that the image does not infringe any third-party rights or violate our Acceptable Use policy.

To respect your privacy and data security, all uploaded custom images and printed mockups are stored securely and used solely for fulfilling and printing your custom order. Once your custom order has been printed, completed, and shipped, all related high-resolution image files and mockups are permanently and securely deleted from our active servers.

You may need an account to checkout, view orders, manage your profile, use wishlists, or submit eligible reviews. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.

We may suspend access or decline service if we reasonably believe an account is being misused, used for fraud, used to interfere with the website, or used in violation of these Terms.

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees. Taxes, shipping charges, discounts, gift charges, and totals are calculated during cart and checkout. We may correct pricing, stock, discount, or product errors before accepting or fulfilling an order.

An order is placed when checkout is submitted and payment is initiated. We may cancel or refund an order if payment fails verification, an item becomes unavailable, inventory is incorrect, fraud is suspected, or fulfillment is not possible.

Payments are processed through Razorpay. You must provide accurate billing, payment, and contact information. We do not store full card, UPI, wallet, or banking credentials on our servers.

Payment success screens and confirmations are subject to backend verification. If payment is captured but an order cannot be fulfilled, we will help arrange cancellation, replacement, or refund as applicable.

The website is currently designed for shipping within India. You must provide a complete and accurate shipping address, mobile number, city, state, and pincode. Delivery timelines may vary based on location, production, courier availability, weather, holidays, and other operational factors.

Risk of loss or damage generally passes according to applicable law and delivery-provider practices, but if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within the timeframe in our Refunds & Returns policy.

Because Swap products may be made or prepared to order based on selected design and phone model, change of mind returns are not accepted. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items may qualify for replacement or refund when reported promptly with clear evidence.

If you submit a review, rating, comment, photo, message, or other content, you confirm that it is lawful, accurate to your experience, and does not infringe anyone else's rights. Reviews and review photos may be displayed publicly on the website.

You grant Swap & Loop a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, and use submitted content for operating, improving, and promoting the website and products. We may remove content that is abusive, misleading, unlawful, spam, unrelated, or otherwise inappropriate.

You agree not to:

• Use the website for fraud, unlawful activity, harassment, or abuse.
• Interfere with security, rate limits, authentication, checkout, payments, or site infrastructure.
• Copy, scrape, resell, or misuse product data, images, branding, or website content without permission.
• Upload malicious files, infringing content, false reviews, or content that violates another person's privacy or rights.

The Swap & Loop name, branding, site design, product photography, product copy, artwork presentation, icons, logos, and website content are owned by Swap & Loop or its licensors. You may use the website for personal shopping only. No rights are transferred except as expressly stated.

We respect the intellectual property rights of creators, artists, brands, and rights holders. If you believe that any design, image, product listing, review media, or other content on the website infringes your copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights, please send a written request to orders@swapandloop.com.

Please include enough information for us to assess and act on the request, including:

• Your full name, organization if applicable, email address, and contact details.
• A description of the original work, mark, or right that you claim is being infringed.
• Proof that you are the owner, exclusive licensee, or authorized representative of the rights holder.
• The exact URL or location on our website where the allegedly infringing content appears.
• A brief explanation of why you believe the use is not authorized or otherwise permitted by law.
• A statement that the information in your request is accurate and made in good faith.

Where a request relates to copyright, we may use the notice-and-takedown principles reflected in Section 52(1)(c) of the Copyright Act, 1957 and Rule 75 of the Copyright Rules, 2013. If the request is sufficiently detailed, we may remove, disable, or pause access to the disputed content while we review the matter, seek more information, or take other appropriate action. We may reject incomplete, misleading, or abusive requests.

The website relies on third-party services such as Supabase, Razorpay, Mixpanel, email infrastructure, hosting, and delivery partners. Their services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our control.

The website and products are provided on an as-available basis, subject to applicable consumer protection laws. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every product will remain available.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Swap & Loop will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited, including applicable consumer rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in India. Disputes may be handled by courts, consumer forums, or other authorities with jurisdiction under applicable law. This clause does not limit any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you.

We may update these Terms as the website, products, providers, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date.
