If you want a public review or uploaded review image removed, contact us from the email linked to your account so we can verify the request.

Cart and analytics data may be retained in aggregated or pseudonymous form where it no longer identifies you directly.

For custom design purchases, any images or artwork you upload are retained securely for the sole purpose of manufacturing and printing your Swap. To protect your privacy and rights, all high-resolution custom image files and their rendered print compositions are permanently and securely deleted from our active servers once the corresponding order is fully completed and shipped.

We use service providers and access controls designed to protect personal data. No online service is completely secure, so keep your login details private and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account activity.

The website is intended for shoppers who can lawfully enter into purchases or who use the site with a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without appropriate consent.
